What kind of product are the figures?
Our colored 3D figures are made of polymer clay, a product of highest quality made with a high tech 3D printing process and real handcrafted.
We print and handcraft on demand in Berlin/Germany that makes every figure unique.

Do you offer different figures?
For now we have exclusively opened our doors for Bonnie Rotten but we will add more erotic celebrities all the time. Please check back at our webshop regularly and sign up to our newsletter. If you have ideas or special wishes about personalities we should print, just contact us.
Can I get myself scanned?
We work hard to offer scan options in different cities throughout the States. Eventually you will be able to get a print of you and your favorite erotic star. Please check back at our website regularly and sign up to our newsletter to get informed.
In Berlin/Germany we have a showroom with a state of the art scanner. If you are nearby, visit or get in touch.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift Cards are available soon at eroticart-shop.com. Our Gift Cards can be used to purchase any product we carry on our site. Gift Cards are sent to you or directly to the gift recipient.
How long will it take to print the figure?
As your figure is a uniquely handcrafted 3D figure being produced on demand it will take up to 3 weeks. Shipping takes 3-4 days after we have finished your handcrafted figure.
Is there an order limit?
Orders are limited to the value of $1.300 per order due to customs regulations. In that case you can either reduce your order during the order proccess or contact us.
What payment options are available?
Credit cards (Visa, Master, Amex) and PayPal, but we work to offer more options for your convenience.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend upon the order country. For your convenience you will find a shipping cost calculator at the cart you can use before placing a final order.
Do you ship world-wide?
Yes, we ship world-wide.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchases?
As we are based in Germany, there are no sale tax for citizens outside the European Union. For citizens of the EU we have to charge the German sale tax amounting to 19%. Taxes are subject to change.
Do I need to register to place an order?
No, for ordering it is not necessary that you get registered with us. But you get many advantages when you register. You can always delete your account. If you have trouble to log in please contact us.
